On other hand in the Western countries the vacation rental form of ‘land and house’ package is more popular. In this case the ‘land and house’ owner leave their properties in rent for a short period of time say two weeks or a month. The rent is pre-declared by maximum vacation rental owners. The rent is offered in per night or per week or per month stay basis. Some times extra charge is applied when there are more than a certain number of people. These types of ‘land and house’rent facilities come with the lots of common and special amenities. Generally, the renter doesn’t have to take anything to these vacation rentals other than their toothbrush. But it is necessary to have the vacation rental in a good location with pleasant sightseeing. On other hand, through another type of ‘land and owner’ package some ‘land and house’ owners use to sell their

property at a once totally to the same customer.

Now let me inform you about the basic ‘dos and don’ts’ if you are interested in any of the above-mentioned ‘land and house’ package. If you are going to rent a ‘land and house’ then make sure that the land house is free from any legal issues. Make the legal documentation of agreement with the ‘land and house’ owner about the rents and the period of the rent. And it is also your duty to pay the amount of rental in the correct day of each month. Now, if you are looking for a vacation rental, make sure that the vacation rental is in a location with good sightseeing. Check all the amenities like air-conditioner, fridge, and fireplace are working properly or not. If any of the provided amenity stops working during the living period of you, inform the authority about that at your earliest convenience. Make sure that no object in that vacation rental would be harmed by you, otherwise you may have to pay a huge amount of damage charge. Now, if you are planning to buy a ‘land and house’ make sure that the house and the land is free from any legal issues. Make sure that all the ownership rights of the land and the house are transferred to you properly. You may consult to your advocate about this matter. It would be better for you, if the house has multiple bathrooms. An additional lawn in front of the house is always preferable.
